Code of Conduct

Consumer Guide
The Code of Conduct for registered migration agents is set out in legislation to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents. In conjunction with the Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules, it prescribes our obligations towards you when acting in migration matters. You can find a copy of the Code of Conduct here.

We routinely advise on restraint of trade provisions, redundancies, confidentiality and intellectual property.

Visa Applications
We can provide advice to employers on their sponsorship obligations under the Migration Act 1955 and the Migration Regulations 1994 and assist with responding to investigations by the Department of Immigration.
